It started as a way to keep in touch with people we cared about. Then it began selling our attention, tracking everything we did, and keeping us scrolling past the very people we opened it to see. It was never meant to feel like this.
Beshula is a small, independent company building the opposite kind of social network, one where the people using it are the point and not the product. Our four values are not marketing stunts, or something we aspire to one day. They affect every decision we make as we build.

There is no endless scroll and no feed built to keep you hooked. Posts are there to be read, enjoyed, and let go, the way a good conversation is.

Light on the planet.
It runs on people's own phones, not on giant data centres burning power and water to keep the world scrolling. The footprint is tiny, and we publish exactly what it is.
